Service Tiers
We offer three distinct, systemized cleaning plans designed to meet your specific needs:
Standard Maintenance
A disciplined routine designed for consistent, hygienic upkeep of your home or office.
Deep Restoration
A high-intensity deep clean specializing in bathrooms, tile, and grout, utilizing professional-grade, non-toxic solutions.
Commercial & Turnover
A high-standard reset for commercial properties and short-term rentals. Includes full sanitization and property-ready protocols to meet professional hosting standards.
Working Together
To provide every client with our full attention and a consistent, high-quality result, we operate on a structured, professional schedule.
- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Quotes: To ensure we remain focused on our active service commitments, we review and respond to the previous day’s inquiries between 9 AM to 11 AM, in the order they are received.
- Inquiries: After 11 AM, we send all new inquiries to a request form for the following business day. We do not provide after-hours consultations, as we dedicate this time to maintaining the quality of our current projects.

- Action: If your requirements align with our current capacity, we will reach out to finalize the logistics and get you scheduled.

To keep your service reliable, we manage all scheduling through our property management system. You’ll receive clear, timely updates ahead of every visit, so you always know when to expect us.

We rely on a personalized service plan tailored to your property. By following this documented protocol rather than working from memory, we ensure every detail is addressed correctly, every single time, regardless of the service tier you’ve chosen.
3. Quality Assurance
Our work isn’t done until it meets our standard. We perform a final review after every visit to ensure your space has been cared for thoroughly. We also keep notes on your property’s specific needs, which helps us provide a more personalized, efficient service with each visit.
4. Clear Communication
If your needs change or if you have feedback, we’re here to help. We handle all service requests and adjustments during our business hours to ensure we can give your property the full attention it deserves. Simply reach out via our standard channels, and we will update your service plan accordingly.

Cleaning Passes
Our most popular and widely used services get the royal treatment. We offer an array of passes that cater to nearly every family’s interests. From a four-day pass to a yearly (once a month) pass, the choice is yours.
You determine how to use your pass. Just tell us how many days you’d like to redeem, and we’ll book those days for you. We’ll keep you updated when your request is processed, if there is an issue with availability, or when there is an insufficient balance. We even notify you with a remaining balance at the end of your booking, just in case you need to reload or want to book again for a later date.

Rate Assessment
Not sure whether or not you can afford our service? We offer a complimentary scheduled rate assessment at your convenience.
We will meet with you at your home, walk through to the specific cleaning areas, take notes on what you want to get touched, ask questions on the type of cleaners you use, and take the gathered information to come up with a custom cleaning plan and a better price estimate.
This process can take up to an hour, so please plan for us to be there that long. Even if you don’t choose us for the cleaning, our goal was to provide you with an estimate to compare to other cleaning services.
Deep Clean
Deep clean is the top-notch service we provide. That’s what makes it so important to us, as much it is to your cleaning needs. What more can your you ask for than getting all of the dirty surfaces, floors, windows, and high traffic areas cleaned in one day?
It’s no wonder why this is one of our most requested services. We like to leave your home knowing when you come back, you arrive to a nice clean living environment for you and your loved ones.
