Writing Your Story
Writing reviews are easy. You don’t have to write a page or short story, but it should give the reader an idea of what you experienced first hand.
Have you ever eaten at a restaurant and couldn’t wait to tell someone else about it? That’s similar to what you could say for any business you interacted with.
Some of the best things to include in a review:
- What service was performed?
- What city are you located in?
- sometimes the crew travels 30 miles to the work, through extreme weather conditions
- Would you repeat this service?
- How often do you have service?
- Recurring or one time?
- What city are you located in?
- How was the service?
- Did they complete the job?
- Did it meet your satisfaction to your standards?
- Did it match or exceed your expectations?
- How were the workers?
- Did they do a good job?
- Were they on time?
- 30 minute window, unless extreme weather conditions
- Were they friendly?
- Were they professionals?
- How was the communication?
- During the

- Communicated directly with time of arrival or departure

- Use either a scale from 1 – 10, 10 being the best
- Or a star rating of 1 – 5, 5 being the best
Dissatisfied?
We know we can’t satisfy everyone. That’s life. It doesn’t mean we give up. The only way we can get better is to learn from the mistakes and do better by not repeating them.
Clients are always encouraged to write a review, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please consider giving us a chance to remedy the problem first. This will also give you something to write about when, and if, we do something to get it right.
