What to expect when working with us
As our business grows, it gets harder and harder to manage all of the daily activities and tasks needed to run the business on our own. We have thought long and hard about this process, and how we can get it accomplished.
We are currently developing these career paths as options for people who also need a job, to not only help our business grow, but also to help them with the opportunities, where they can find a career with us.
Creating jobs is almost as exciting as seeing houses, but it’s now centered on the people we meet. With houses, they don’t say anything, but it speaks volumes of what has happened in the past. It’s like an open book with years of stories.
With people, nowadays, they’re not as open. You can teach, train, treat, and talk with them, but if you make one mistake, then it’s the end of the world. We get it. That’s why we are being very cautious in how we approach careers.
How we will implement careers
As part of our efforts, we decided to keep it simple. If what we do is something someone else can do, and be successful at it, then there is an opportunity to plug them in. They would learn everything about the job itself and be shown how valuable it is to the business. That way they are clear to know, that if they do a good job, they’re also valued with the company as much.
We don’t just want to create opportunities, we want to provide a means for people to feel more appreciated. We understand life brings challenges, and some people need more time off to deal with difficult situations. That’s why, we have decided to become a more dynamic employer than the average business model.
We find that people who are happier in life perform their best work. Let’s face it, if you can’t be your best when it comes to work, then maybe you should be away. At the same time, we won’t penalize you for not showing up to work.
We have built in performance bonuses, where you can opt to use as vacation to pay for your time off, as well as time accumulated to use as time off. You can have as much time as it takes to deal with life issues, and still have a place to work, after it’s been solved. Just understand, that while you’re away, people who continue working might become the person you answer to next.

Career Opportunities
Cleaning Crew Member
We have a need for a cleaning crew member or cleaner. Cleaning crew members are entry-level positions who support our daily mission to provide cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Someone who has some experience with both small and larger sites, has their own vehicle, responds in a timely fashion to service requests, and exhibits customer service skills. This is a part-time hourly based opportunity, with performance bonuses.
The ideal candidate, will be knowledgeable of cleaning services or at least able to learn, has some or relevant experience, knowledgeable of scheduling platforms, such as Square and Google Taskboard; able to manage their own time, able to multitask, are self-motivated, knows how to solve problems or seek help when needed, is open to recognition perks, and is coachable.
Appointment Setter
We have a need for an appointment setter. Someone who can respond to client inquiries and service requests, as well as do some light customer care. This is a part-time hourly position, with a potential for full-time, and performance based bonuses.
The ideal candidate, will be knowledgeable of scheduling platforms, such as Square and Google Taskboard; able to manage their own time, able to multitask, are self-motivated, knows how to solve problems or seek help when needed, is open to recognition perks, and is coachable.
Rate Assessor
We have a need for a Rate Assessor. Someone who can respond to client service requests, has their own vehicle, and has experience in job site assessment work. This is a part-time, commission based position, with performance bonuses.
The ideal candidate, will be highly professional and knowledgeable of customer care and welfare; knowledgeable of scheduling platforms, such as Square and Google Taskboard; able to manage their own time, able to multitask, are self-motivated, knows how to solve problems or seek help when needed, is open to recognition perks, and is coachable.
Independent Contractor
We are open to subcontracting the above opportunities. You must be reliable and communicative, be able to demonstrate your skills and have references, able to perform the above functions, and have open availability for these tasks.
With subcontracting, they would provide support functions for the company. Subcontractors must produce proof of insurance to be paid as a subcontractor. Payments are made upon the completion of each contract performed in accordance with satisfactory results. As a subcontractor, you are responsible for your own taxes.
